Madan Raj, M.D. at 600 Northern Boulevard, Great Neck, New York.

I WILL NOT be going back to see this man. I saw dr raj over the course of 18 mths for 4 cortizone shots. I recent bought supplemental insurance, and was making a claim for the work i had done. I faxed paperwork to ALL 3 of his offices, several times each, to have filled out. I was giving the run around that they “had not recieved it” numerous times and told to come into the office. I could not make it to his office being that i work in nyc, and he leaves his office at 4pm. I asked him if he could just fill out the paper that i faxed to him, very small section, would take only 10-15 mins tops. I was informed by his office that i would have to pay $150 for him to fill out the paper work i needed...
This man made THOUSANDS off of my insurance conpany, and has the nerve to want to charge me $150 to fill out a paragraph on a supplemental insurance claim?? This dr obviously cares more about money then his patients, which is odd bc i WILL NOT be going back to his practice, or any of the other doctors at this practice. Nor will i recommend him to anyone from here on out. I just hope the “$150” paperwork charge was worth missing out on thousands of dollars for your practice in the future.
