I recently completed construction on a new single family home in the Forest Hills Gardens area. Vintage Homes was the contractor I used because he came highly recommended by my architect.
I found Danny, the owner of Vintage Homes to be great. Besides having to deal with the NYC dept of buildings we also had to get architectural approvals from the Forest Hills Gardens Architectural committee. There was a bond set up on the exterior construction of the home. Danny understood and helped in every way to make that process go smoothly. We had to deal with many different approvals and everything passed. I could not have done it without Danny's guidance and expertise. One of his greatest attributes is that he always gets back to you. Whether by phone, email or text. In addition he always kept an eye on the sub contractors and scheduling their work. This project would have never come to completion without Danny. I would always recommend Vintage Homes, especially for high end and complicated projects if you want it done right.
